TIAA-CREF Investment Management, LLC (“Investment Management”) acts as the investment adviser to the College Retirement Equities Fund (“CREF”), a registered investment company, and may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of 651,505 shares of Issuer’s common stock owned by CREF. Teachers Advisors, Inc. (“Advisors”) is the investment adviser to two registered investment companies, TIAA-CREF Funds (“Funds”) and TIAA-CREF Life Funds (“Life Funds”), and may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of an aggregate of 4,250,088 shares of Issuer’s common stock, 3,843,663 shares of which are owned separately by the Funds and 406,425 shares of which are owned separately by the Life Funds.
